Streamline process & make sense underwritting approval
Lending One is a non-traditional lender that tailors a program that suits your needs. My Loan officer, Edrony Joseph, provided excellent customer care, explained details in a simple manner, and answered all my questions. I was hesitant at first since getting a loan for self-employed was a nightmare & required a lot of documentation, but not with Lending One. They can make it happen and achieve your goals. They streamlined the whole process & made sense of underwriting approval. No Income tax return needed, no w-2s, neither 1099. Just your bank account statement with enough money to support the purchase price, escrow, and closing costs. I closed my first project within 3 weeks and plan to get two more rentals. Keep up the great work Lending One-Thank you.

After closing many loans with many…
After closing many loans with many different lenders, their onboarding was simple and documents required were thankfully not excessive. We had a difficult seller which caused many delays and changes to the closing, however LendingOne mitigated any stress on the financing side. Would highly recommend!
