LendingFrontReviews of lendingfront.com

LendingFront is an excellent partner. From the very beginning, each individual that interacts with our team is professional, knowledgable, and incredibly responsive. Our organization was thoroughly impressed with the manner in which LendingFront managed the implementation of our system. Through initial discussions to ascertain our desires, the LendingFront sales group understood our goals and seamlessly handed off the process to its development/integration team. Our clients, both internal (employees) and external (borrowers), are extremely satisfied. We look forward to growing our organization with you as a key partner.

We have enjoyed working with the Lending Front team. Have found them to be responsive and very willing to make changes to improve our ability to lend efficiently and to tailor to our needs. Given our multi-location business model, an adaptable cloud-based system helps us succeed.

In light of the COVID-19 crisis, our selection of LendingFront has proven a good choice once again. When the crisis forced us to close our offices and begin working from home, BBL’s small business loan program did not miss a beat. As a cloud-based platform, we could easily continue working from home while maintaining good security. As an overarching comprehensive program, all borrower files and documents remained accessible and all functions could continue as always, including ACH payment withdrawals. And its easy-to- use custom design allowed BBL to modify its programming and provide interest-free deferrals to our COVID-19 affected borrowers at the flip of a switch. We certainly never anticipated such a situation, but thanks to LendingFront, we were, nevertheless, prepared for it.

The LendingFront program is by far the most advanced, flexible and comprehensive offering in the market today. Banks and Credit Unions can reach an untapped markets as well as their existing customer base with little cost. The program can be customized to the lenders credit policy. It is definitely the next step in small business lending in the digital world we live in.

The team at LendingFront has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are always quick to respond and provide great solutions to help us keep growing our Capital program. The product itself is easy to learn and very useful in collecting customer information and monitoring active applications and advances. I highly recommend this product!
