I have purchased mannny items here. Love them. The last 2 experiences were ummm bad! I’d believe they would improve… a repeat repeat repeat, etc… customer! (At ummm at average cost of $150. for a headband~ hardly essentials ) 1st, A broken stone, lost…. THEN a paid item $177. headband ordered 9/5 and a MONTH later I noticed it had never arrived! PAID FOR & just oh well, hadn’t shown up. Sept. 5th order date ~ As soon as I contacted them, October 5…. “ Voila” UP POPS a shipping confirmation email. Oops! …with a brief, but heartfelt note saying, “Sorry for the delay, “Great News! Your headband is on its way. Customer service leaves MUCH to be desired ! Check for arrival of your items ! Then I got another shipping confirmation on the 7th, shipped (?) … So, LS which day was it?

I first reached out to the company to inquire about a belt. I had questions around the sizing, as they don’t have any detailed information on their website for the belt I was interested in purchasing. They never responded to my email so I went ahead and purchased my usual size, which was too small. The return process seemed simple and easy, and they promptly emailed me a confirmation that the item was received - stating they would contact me within 5 business days (while they inspect the item). Alas, it’s been 8 business days, I’ve reached out to them twice now and they have yet to respond. I’m giving them one star for the automated emails that confirm they received the item, but I’d give them 0 stars if I could for customer service. There’s absolutely no way to get in touch with them. Their phone number is an automated machine that tells you to email them. The belt was high quality but they need to offer better sizing information on their site (i.e., if a belt is 28”, is it 28” from end to end, or 28” to the middle hole, last hole, etc?). In this case it’s end to end - I hope that helps someone in the future. Products are great - overpriced but pretty. Customer service and general information on their site - 0/5 stars. I wouldn’t purchase anything from their site again.
