They ruined my irreplaceable vintage jacket
This is the most expensive cleaners in OKC. But I collect vintage clothing so it was worth it to me. I took in my favorite vintage jacket, sourced from Vietnam, literally irreplaceable, and carefully tied the belt on - I like to clean them together so that the colors match always. They lost the belt. They literally accused me of lying, said it "couldn't be their fault" because they would have noticed. They offered NO REMEDIES, including an apology. I asked to have the owner call me, and I emailed them through the website. Crickets. Tried calling repeatedly to get blown off. Jacket ruined forever.
