The agent who helped me Lamisha went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about things that needed to be done

Lamisha Ahsan was amazing to work with. She walked me through everything and very understanding of my situation. She was fabulous!!!!!

I appreciate Lamisha helping me with my debt. She did a great job helping me understand my debt.

Lakesha has been great so far in getting this journey started. I am looking forward to this new chapter!

Emily Blanco was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She patiently explained everything she needed to so that it was understandable and answered all questions that I had. I just signed up for this debt program a few weeks ago so my experience is still very new but so far I am very impressed with it and the communication has been great. So if the program continues with this level of communication and service I will highly recommend it to others.

Lamisha it's a great agent. As an agent found Lamisha to be very professional informative and knowledgeable. Had positive intention and was helpful and understanding. They determined the right path for me on my debt redemption journey, and informed me how the progression will look on every step that will be taken.

Brantley was awesome through this process. He was helpful in making something shameful and overwhelming and scary, simple. I appreciate his patience.

Amy Blanco was outstanding. She was polite, professional, maintained a friendly demeanor, knew her job thoroughly, and laughed at my jokes. When answering AI questions, she caught things that I caught so she could explain and reassure me. I deal with companies all the time, she is superior.
