Ordered 9 different opi nail polishes from leenailsupply.com. They all arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. Pricing was competitive. Free shipping offered over $75. 4 stars because there were two polished offered for sale on their website that were unavailable, I was refunded immediately for those two when my order was processed. Also Looking at pictures of nail polish online can look different in person. Overall positive experience.

I ordered several items from Lee Nail Supply, and one bottle arrived broken. I tried contacting them through every method available: their online contact form, the email listed on their Contact Us page, and by leaving a voicemail. My first attempt was on Sept 4, 2025 via email, but the email bounced back due to a DNS error. I submitted their online contact form the same day—no response. A few days later, I left a voicemail—still no call back. It’s been weeks with no acknowledgment or support. Very poor customer service and no resolution to my issue.
