I opened and account and had a family member get ill and that took importance over everything else trading included. I received a call from Leeloo and when they looked at my account and knew that something was wrong and took care of it. From looking at my account they deduced from it that something was wrong although they had no idea what or why the absence of any activity. They really went out of their way to make it right and did not just blow me off and take my money and made it fair. As my family member ended up in hospice care at home and we had to care for him 25 hours. It's hard to find a company that will make things right without knowing what had happened. I really appreciate Chris from Leeloo taking the time to get it corrected and being FAIR That's all anyone could ask Thanks Leon
