Chris and Leeloo support went above and beyond: So, I had this interruption while making a lifetime PA fee and the payment did not went through the Credit card company. Leeloo did not receive the payment, but Credit card charged me the fee. When I contacted the credit card company to refund, credit card company misguided me to raise a dispute to get the refund. Without doing more due diligence I raised the dispute claim and Leeloo was penalized. There was a whole lot of confusion regarding this. Ultimately Chris the CEO, took out sometime from his busy schedule and gave me a call personally to resolve this issue. Not only he helped me to resolve this issue, in addition he waived off the PA activation fee. Basically, I received a lifetime PA funded account for free. I am so grateful to Chris and Leeloo for this gesture and their support in resolving this confusion.

What can I say about Chris and the team at Leeloo? Fantastic people with a fantastic product. I made a mistake and cancelled the data feed on my PA account... I was a bit panicked knowing that on my expiration date my PA and all my earnings would disappear... I reached out to support and they walked me through the process and it was flawless in its execution... I am back up and running with no trading time missed... What more could you ask for?

I've been working with Leeloo Trading now for a little over two years. As an independent retail trader, navigating the futures markets can be a daunting task.
