I have been using Leeloo for the past few months now and I want to thank Leeloo Support team, specifically, Elena for providing support related to my account. We had constant back and forth because of my PA account and issues related to it. She gave me a thorough breakdown of my account and I explained the steps from my side. So after our deliberation we came to a conclusion that helped both of us. Admittedly, I was frustrated but I want the Support team to understand the issue from my end, which they did. I recommend future trader and user to read the emails and follow the steps they provide. If there is any issue that you feel the team missed then raise it to them and they will provide a solution to you.

Hi Jas, Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback and for the 5-star review. We appreciate you acknowledging the work Elena put into reviewing your Performance Account and walking through everything step by step with you. Situations like this can be frustrating, and we value when traders take the time to communicate their perspective so we can fully review the account and work toward a fair resolution. Your advice to future traders is spot on. Carefully reviewing emails, following the outlined steps, and reaching out when something does not seem right allows us to address issues accurately and efficiently. Thank you again for trading with Leeloo and for recognizing our support team’s efforts. Team Leeloo

Leeloo is a prop firm that provides serious support to traders. In my experience, they honored three payouts, with a very responsive customer support team that takes the time to explain things clearly. I particularly appreciated their Bundle offers, which are well suited for beginners. This type of offer is quite rare among prop firms and helped me accelerate my learning, improve my strategies, and progress more efficiently. Six months after joining Leeloo, these conditions allowed me to achieve tangible results and successfully complete my three payouts. Thank you to the Leeloo team for their professionalism and support.

I bought their straight to PA (performance account) where you don't need to qualify first then build up your real account. The company has been very responsive when I email and even called me directly with something I needed clarity with. Payout was requested and paid out within a couple of days. You use Ninja Trader for free which is great. You still need to read their rules and make sure you stick to them but I have been very happy with the experience.

Thank you for trusting Leeloo and for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. Team Leeloo

I've been trading with Leeloo for a few months now, their support has been great and fast, I got a 50k Turbo Pace account and managed to get 2 $800 payouts in a bit over 2 weeks of trading after qualifying
