Slow shipping with poor tracking
I ordered twice. The first time was just fine but the 2nd time was a complete disaster. I ordered a cardigan and a scarf. They shipped separately which was fine. But the scarf never tracked and came 2 weeks later. The cardigan they didn't bother to ship until I complained that it hasn't shipped yet. They created a label, which isn't the same as shipping but it was placed in the mail a day or 2 later and it came a week after that, totaling 2.5-3 weeks later. They choose the slowest possible shipping option and take too long to ship orders.
