Great flannel. Very warm!

So I bought this awesome flannel jacket for a great price as a Christmas gift for a friend. Not only did I get a deal on a well made piece of clothing but their customer service was outstanding. When I addressed my purchase I accidentally wrote the wrong email and noticed immediately. I wrote to their customer service requesting that they change the address to the one that I had intended to put. First they responded a couple days later saying that the package had already been packaged for shipping so there wasn’t much for them to do. Then they asked if there’s any way I can retrieve the item from the original address that I had marked by mistake. When I explained that I had bought it as a gift for a friend from a different state than I live and also reasoned that I had attempted to contact them immediately after purchasing they apologized and resent the jacket to its intended recipient. I was very pleased with how helpful and understanding they were. Would recommend to anyone
