Book origin
I didn't realize when I ordered my book that it would be coming from China. If that is a problem for you, you might need to check its origin before you order. But the lady I spoke to over email was wonderful and helped me with all my questions. I received my book a lot faster then I thought I would, given it did come from another country. Maybe within 2 weeks or so. I would order from this company again, but next time I will make sure of the books origin first.
Response from LebraresMar 27, 2025
Dear Aphridite, I'm Camille Jourdain Hohl from Lebrares, and I want to personally thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First and foremost, I sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the origin of your book. I completely understand how important it is to know where your order is coming from before making a purchase, and we are actively working on improving this aspect of our service. That being said, I am truly glad to hear that your book arrived sooner than expected and that you had a positive experience with our customer service. It means a lot to us to know that we were able to assist you throughout the process and provide you with the support you needed. To address your concerns, I want to assure you that we are making significant changes to our logistics. By the end of the summer, we plan to transition all of our fulfillment facilities to the United States. This move is part of our ongoing commitment to improving delivery times, increasing transparency, and ensuring that our customers receive their books as quickly as possible. The reason we currently utilize international fulfillment centers is to avoid high tax rates and import fees that would otherwise increase the cost of books for our customers. By strategically shipping from multiple locations, we can offer more affordable prices while still maintaining quality. However, we understand that this may not always be ideal, which is why we are actively working on shifting our operations to the U.S. to make the process even smoother. I genuinely appreciate your understanding and your willingness to order from us again in the future. We are constantly striving to improve our services, and your feedback helps us do just that. If you ever need any assistance or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. If any further help is needed, you can contact me via email at [email protected] or call our office at +1 (938) 204-4944 during our business hours. Our team, located at 6900 Seville Ave, Huntington Park, CA 90255, is always available to help and provide any necessary updates regarding your order. Thank you again for your patience and support. We truly value your business and look forward to serving you again. Best regards, Camille Jourdain Hohl Customer Representative Lebrares
