ABSOLUTE SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. They do not deliver, they don’t respond, they try to force you into purchasing “insurance” for your shipment afterwards. Theres even youtube videos about this fake brand. I wish I would have researched this company before spending money with them. Currently working through my back to get my money back.

Update, I see there are some inquiries about my issue, so to give all the information I can to resolve this matter, there has been multiple, 30+ emails to someone answering as Donna Jean Graham , founder and ceo. That shouldn’t be too hard to track down, and multiple conversations with customer service. The original payment receipt is to Lease Lane Containers, 5832 Lease Ln, Ste B Raleigh NC 27617. Order number Rct-2026-9338. There has been several attempts by the Better Business Bureau to contact about this issue. My contact information is on receipt, I cannot leave email address on this forum. This should be get you in contact with them and 1- get the container shipped and delivered at no further cost to me , or , 2 a complete refund including lost costs that the shipping company is also not refunding. I am patiently awaiting your response and contact.

I called you at lunchtime every day for the past week and you guys deny my call as soon as I call, I call restricted and you still deny my call, I call on a different phone and you pick up. You guys changed your number, as well as opened up three other shipping container companies that are all scammers as well, you guys operate with AI and create webpages and artificial products to steal from people My number is 415-798-6148 I highly doubt that you will resolve this.

This company (lease lane containers and LL Containers) is a scam. Do not give them money! I flew out to NC to tour some of their designs (made an apt with them), but after arriving in NC and being dropped off by an Uber we found the do not exist. They then quit answering our phone calls. They ARE NOT the same company as Carolina Containers, whose containers can be seen on lease lane. I’m so angry we made the trip out based on a scam, but so glad we did not give them any money. They are quick to send quotes, purchase orders, etc., even to set an apt to meet in person - but they are a scam.

This company is confirmed fraudulent. All you have to do is call Carolina containers and they will tell you they get calls all the time about this fraudulent company. It is one man, one worm of a man who answers the phone all the time pretending to make your order go through. Do not. I repeat. Do not order anything from this company. Shut them all the way down. I'm out of $1,480 because of this company. He's some kind of computer guy and has directed all the reviews. The direct reviews from Google away from his company. Somehow no one is pleased with this company. No one has received anything from this company.

Scam. Only a computer writes back. I wasted money purchasing plane tickets to take a look at the “models”… no answer from the company when I tried to secure the appointment. AI responds and the responses are now getting redundant. All photos on their facebook is AI generated.
