I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Career Amend / Learning Saint. Career Amend Inc. is no longer in good standing and has lost its authority to conduct business due to failure to file required franchise tax reports. In addition, I searched the Delaware Division of Corporations' public business records and could not find any registered entity under the name "Learning Saint," "Learning Saint Inc.," "Learning Saint LLC," or other common variations. Despite this, the Learning Saint website is actively operating. The domain is privately registered through a GoDaddy privacy service, meaning the actual owner of the website is not publicly disclosed. During my interaction with this organization, I was pressured to provide highly sensitive personal information, including my Social Security number and driver’s license, under the claim of a “Pay After Placement” program. Instead, I was guided through step-by-step applications for Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) financing platforms including Whop, Stripe, and Kajabi. The individuals involved used different names, including "Jerry Gonzalez" and "Kevin Kelly," and directed applications through multiple lenders, including Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, Sezzle, Zip, Climb Credit, and ClarityPay. Several lenders later informed me that the activity was unauthorized. During this period, a $30,000 hard credit inquiry also appeared on my credit report without my authorization. As a result, I have filed an FTC Identity Theft Report, a local police report, an IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) report, and a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) complaint. I strongly encourage anyone approached by this organization to independently verify all business registrations, legal status, and financing terms before sharing personal information or proceeding with any enrollment or payment agreements.

Scammers!!!!! The representative told me the actual program cost was around $6,000, but then they said they had a sponsor and that the remaining $1,500 would supposedly be paid using a company debit card from Learningsaint, so I “wouldn’t have to worry about it.” They explained the process as 3 months of training, followed by 3 months of internship-style experience, and then they would place me into a job. After placement, they said they would deduct a percentage from my salary up to around $2,000. What made me uncomfortable was that they started processing everything through Zip financing and had me complete identity verification steps. I provided basic information like my name, address, DOB, and phone number, but when they told me I needed to unfreeze my credit report to continue, I immediately stopped the process. The combination of financing, credit access requests, and guaranteed-style placement promises felt very questionable to me. I strongly encourage others to research carefully and be cautious before sharing personal information or agreeing to anything financial.

**Fraud Alert:** **Fraud Alert:** **Fraud Alert:** Reporting fraudulent activity involving Learning Saint. This company deceptively takes out unauthorized loans on behalf of customers through services like Afterpay, Klarna, or Zip, while providing their own debit cards as proof of payment.Although Learning Saint may send refund confirmation emails, these are not honored. #Fraud #learningsaintFraud I am the victim and paying the loan, even after confirmation of refund never received the refund. If anybody wants the email proof, I am happy to provide DM me directly.

We strongly reject these false and defamatory allegations. Learning Saint does not take unauthorized loans on behalf of any individual. All financing applications through providers such as Klarna, Afterpay, Zip, or other third-party partners require the applicant’s direct consent, identity verification, and approval through the respective financial provider’s secured system. No application can be completed without customer participation and authorization. The claim that “unauthorized loans” are created using company-issued debit cards is completely misleading and factually incorrect. Any temporary payment verification processes, where applicable, are transparently communicated and used strictly for authorized application validation purposes. Additionally, refund requests and cancellations are governed by clearly published terms, financing partner policies, and signed enrollment agreements. Misrepresenting financial agreements or spreading unverified accusations publicly does not change the contractual and system-verified records available with both the institution and financing providers. We take compliance, student protection, and financial transparency extremely seriously. If the reviewer has an actual enrollment or transaction concern, we request they contact our compliance team directly with verifiable details so the matter can be formally reviewed. False public accusations intended to damage institutional reputation may be subject to legal review.

They are just a fraud I enrolled in a Data Science course with Learning Saint Ltd and paid £200, expecting to start from Class 1. However, I was directly enrolled in Class 5, which made it impossible to understand the material properly. I contacted them to request a refund, following their refund policy, which states that cancellations within 48 hours are eligible with only a 5% deduction. Despite multiple follow-ups, including a 7-day notice and a final 24-hour notice, I did not receive any proper response or resolution. Communication with the counselor was inconsistent, and promises of confirmation were not fulfilled. Due to the lack of responsiveness and failure to process my refund, I have escalated the matter to the Small Claims Court. I hope this review helps others understand my experience.

Promise the world and offer the dirt. Don't buy into their Data course. No help when required, they info bomb you with 100 different websites to read which make up the course and charge you for the privilege. Googling would have served me better. Now in the process of trying to get a refund which doesn't look likely.

Something not quite right here with this outfit. I asked "Sam" where they were located and he said London. The simple thing is, that the number he called me from was an Aldershot number. Yes! they might have an office in London, but he said he was calling from London (not the same thing). I think the old ombudsman would like to know about these cowboys.

It's a scam system. You are meant to take a loan from places like affirm and pay your fees upfront. They dont teach well. I requested for a refund and they never refunded it back to affirm which affected my credit score
