Excellent customer service
About a month ago, someone kindly gifted me a used Artie 3000. I was really excited about giving it to my grandchildren. I found it was missing one tiny part that was essential for Artie to work. I contacted Learning Resources. They sent me the part and did not charge me for the part or shipping. Even though the part was very tiny and probably weighed a couple of ounces, the shipping cost them $8.95. The communication, customer service, and kindness of this company is outstanding. THANK YOU!
