Appalling Company. Do not trade with them
Appalling Company. Customer service is polite but useless. I bought a wallet from Learnedout.com. The wallet arrived but was not as described and not what I ordered. Have been trying for a month to have this replaced or refunded. The company has offered a minimal cash compensation of about 1/3 of the product value, but refuses point blank, to replace, refund or take back the product. They even went so far as to claim that the cost of returning the item to their supplier in China would be prohibitive and I would be better taking the compensation Do not trade with this company.
