Stay Far Away
The CEO (Ilya Galushin) didn’t apologize or try to resolve things — instead, he publicly insulted me, mocked my financial literacy, and doubled down on threats of “criminal litigation.” That’s how they handle customer complaints. For the record: I never knowingly agreed to seven $250 charges. A single trial sign-up turned into over $1,750 in unauthorized re-billings. When I asked for a refund, I was mocked and told any chargebacks would be treated as “fraud.” Only after I manually canceled did they suddenly claim everything was my fault. Even if they hide behind “subscription terms,” legitimate businesses don’t resolve disputes with threats, public humiliation, and name-calling. This experience has been the opposite of professional. If you value transparency and customer respect, avoid Reinvention Academy and Ilya at all costs.
