Working with Leah Duncan at Fathom…
Working with Leah Duncan at Fathom Realty to sell our single‑family home in the Grandview South neighborhood of Provo has been a night‑and‑day difference from our previous experience. We had originally listed with a flat‑fee agent in October, and after a month of essentially no effort or interest, we switched to Leah; within four weeks, she had the home under contract. From day one she was incredibly communicative, keeping us updated on progress, questions, and details so we never felt in the dark. Leah rolled up her sleeves and, with her team, put in a huge amount of time helping with minor updates, repairs, yard cleanup, and staging. She was able to use her connections to get quality work done quickly while being very mindful of cost versus payoff. She launched catchy social media marketing with professional photos and video, and her up‑to‑date knowledge of the local market clearly showed in her pricing and strategy. Leah is motivated, hard‑working, detail‑oriented, kind, and truly knowledgeable, and she turned what had been a very stressful situation into a smooth experience; we will absolutely use her again and recommend her wholeheartedly.
