This is in addition to my last review
This is in addition to my last review. I fixed all the leaks, cleaned up the caulking mess they left on my roof, plus patched my roof from the shingles damaged and cracked left by leaf filter from there installation they did recently. Also the Murfreesboro service manager FINALLY CALLED ME needs to be fired. What a idiot!!!!! He basically said if I removed the leaf filter panels that it would void my warranty but they would fix the problems they created from the installation but it would be charge service. Also he basically said these problems were already there. My gutters never leaked, there was no caulk mess on my roof and the shingles were not cracked till leaf filter installed there product. The Murfreesboro service was a arrogant and a dick head needs to be Fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also this idiot told me that the sheet metal screws that they stripped out wouldn't ever be a problem with the leaf filter panels from wrapping or blowing off from high winds or storms. He needs to be fired What a lie!!!!!!!!!!!!! Concerned consumer........
