I bought a $100 subscription for Payday exclusive leads but the leads I got are totally useless and I have been complaining since Day 1. on 15th June 2023 a chat representative promised to refund my $100 and cancel my subscription but since then no is replying to my chats, emails. i request Leadcampus team to initiate my refund ASAP please as I am broke.

Leadscampus is one of the big fraud company they said we will give the quality leads but they gave very worst leads then I asked for refund immediately they said you will get the refund in 3 days now more than 10 days over leadscampus didn't provide the refund I sent more than 25 mails for refund they didn't reply still now they are not responding leadscampus don't cheat the customers like this by giving false commitment I want my refund that's it.

This company has been a complete failure. I would have to request my leads each month even though they say that they will come to you as they come in. I have tried to work with them for 6 months but I guess you can call me stupid because I stuck with them this long. shame on me.

I was hoping to pay $45 for 5 merchant services leads and they ended up charging my card $45 a month and got no merchant leads. I contacted multiple people in the company through email, no one refunded me my money. The phone number doesn’t work. No one is responding to my emails anymore about getting my money back. The leads I did get were all fake and out of 300 emails only 3 worked. Scam Revisited 04/11/21 Only reason I’m commenting again is because they responded. I have no reason to leave a bad review unless I had a bad experience. I don’t know anyone at the company and am not the type of person to leave a review until things went as far as I can take them. That being said I still never got my refund. I paid for leads I didn’t want, and never got the ones I paid for. Even after I canceled my account they charged me $45 a month later. They still never got back to me on email and their number on the site doesn’t work. If you want proof what ummm saying is true contact me on email. I’ll show you my bank account where they took it out and never refunded and never responded to my numerous emails after I asked for my money back and told them I didn’t get a refund. Email is cfosterpod @ gmail . Again, scam!

Very unprofessional. This company is a fraud. I have requested for them to refund my money. It's been over a month and they won't respond to my calls or messages. I will be reporting this company to Better Business Bureau for fraudulent.

They will offer to send exclusive leads for web design from their opt-in forms, but those are actually copied from their own database and pasted into an Excel with a lot of data (8-12 columns) that obviously no opt-in person would provide, plus most of the emails bounce, and never had a single email response from anyone on their list. Since it's just $45 or $100 for their service and they're ranking on Google which means free traffic, it's easy for them to take those amounts from people not willing to argue for those amounts. Most of their positive reviews are from a very long time ago and all happened to happen by the same dates.

If I could give zero star I would! Absolutely horrible! Avoid using this service at all cost. Lead Campus is unresponsive. I have been in contact with a representative and canceled my subscription, but still getting charged. Tried to contact them again and still no response. Now I am stuck in a situation trying to get my payments back and no one to contact regarding this issue. Lead Campus, if you see this, RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS. Also, in response to your reply Kelli Kay, I contacted you 4 times over the past two month via email without you responding. Maybe you should check your inbox? YES, please refund me. I have confirmation from you via email that my account was canceled, but still getting charged two month later. I've trying to get a refund and a response for two months, but unable to get in touch with any of your customer service reps.

There is no way to discontinue subscription. I filed multiple complaints through different channels - sent 3-4 emails to info'at'leadscampus.com, support'at'leadscampus.com, whatsapp their number, sent complaint through platform etc. I haven't received any DEFINITE answer if my subscription has been cancelled? Highly disappointed and skeptical about the company, Leadscampus LLC. Not just subscription cancellation but, we bought subscription for 1 month. Subscription fees was deducted automatically for the 2nd month (which is fine). I wrote multiple emails to support to either send more data for the second month or reimburse my amount. No response or action on that. Following up with them for more than a month on this. I was forced to write bad review on multiple location to see any response from them.
