Our of two bras purchased (both same size), only one fit perfectly and comfortably. The second one may have been sized incorrectly in the manufacturing since the cup looked more like a D or larger cup. Now I am responsible to pay for the return.

Inconsistent sizing, returns are inconvenient and a hassle, they spam your inbox. I’ve placed orders over the years for 1-5 bras at a time. All tags marked the same size. 1 out the 5 fits. When you request a return, you have to find a way to print a return label. They don’t provide you with a QR code like for FedEx & UPS returns, for USPS to scan and print off. Get with the times allready! After placing an order or being issued a refund for a return, they spam your inbox.

I've purchased many bras and panties from Leading Lady. I've been very happy with the quality, the fit, and the comfort. They have frequent sales that increase the value of the products and the shipping is very fast. I will continue to shop at Leading Lady.
