The Leaders Institute ® Team BuildingReviews of leadersinstitute.com

We absolutely love The Leaders Institute! Our organization has previously worked with the Leaders Institute on the Build a Bike experience, and most recently facilitated Rescue Bears. Not only was the activity engaging and motivational, but the fact that there is a service component makes it all the better. And Kelsey is an amazing facilitator! I loved that she set up a prep call with me to make sure she addressed the areas of opportunity with my group. Thank you, Leaders Institute!

Damian did an excellent job working working with our students. He held their attention and kept them involved the entire time.

Our Build-a-bike event was great. TLI took care of the logistics, and all we had to do was make sure the room was set up. Our team was pleasantly surprised that this was much more than just building a bike for a local charity. The activity led to lots of laughs and our team was talking about it for days after.

The amazing builders activity gave our department a chance to reconnect, have lots of fun and some healthy competition, and give back to the community. The instructor was passionate, organized, and provided all the necessary details ahead of the event. Our team greatly enjoyed the activity.

Chris made this experience a blast for my team! He was very engaging and the planning, timing and execution of this teambuilder was flawless. Would highly recommend and will book again!

Ashley was very enthusiastic and always made the team feel welcome. It really helped us build stronger bonds within team members. We built 4 bikes and we were very happy to donate them afterwards. We had a lot of fun!
