Our team thoroughly enjoyed the Rescue Bear activity, largely in part due to our facilitator, Damian Johnson. Within minutes of taking the stage, Damian had everyone in the room on their feet and excitedly hanging onto his every word. He has a knack for engaging even the most introverted attendees, which created the much needed (and much appreciated) opportunities for connection that we were looking for. There was so much laughter in the room, I often forgot that I was at a work event! Damian kept us on task, however, and expertly steered us to our end goal. With time to spare! I really appreciate the time Damian took before the event to get to know our team, the work we do and why this teambuilding activity was important for us. His preparation was evident throughout our time together and his professionalism made for a seamless experience from start to finish. In our post event survey, 100% of respondents rated the meeting as excellent and cited Damian as the reason why they enjoyed it so much. We’re looking forward to working with him again! The activity itself was way more fun and meaningful than I expected it to be. That we were able to collaborate with a non-profit organization to give back to our community was the cherry on top.

The Leader's Institute was a wonderful choice for our team-building event! We had so much fun and were able to give back to our community, which was our goal. Kelsey Greenwood was fabulous as our event facilitator!

We had such an amazing experience with Build-a-Bike through The Leaders Institute! Our goal was to hold an event to connect innovators within our global company, build long-lasting relationships, have some fun, and give back to the community! Every single box was perfectly checked through this event! Toby the facilitator brought incredible energy and made the day so successful! He took a lot of pressure and stress off our plates for coordinating everything, and made it so we could all enjoy the event! We are so grateful and look forward to working with TLI in the future!
