The Leaders Institute ® Team BuildingReviews of leadersinstitute.com

Damien was an excellent teacher and coach! I would recommend the program to anyone who struggles preparing and presenting to small or large groups. The training was engaging and incorporated a lot of practice to help us improve and gain confidence.

Toby was awesome as always. The event was great and we would love to do it again next year. Our rating is 5 out of 5.

I recently had the pleasure of participating in a build-a-bike event organized by The Leaders Institute on November 14, 2023, and it exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, the event was seamlessly executed, and the attention to detail by the organizers was impressive. Our onsite host, Damian Johnson, was an absolute gem. His ability to connect with the group was evident from the moment we started, immediately creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Damian's sense of humor had everyone laughing, fostering a positive environment that undoubtedly contributed to the success of the event. If you're looking for a unique and impactful team-building activity, I highly recommend giving The Leaders Institute a try and I hope you get Damian - He ROCKS!!!! Kudos to the entire team for a job well done!

Amy Maybury and team were great. Amy made sure all of our questions were answered and did a great job for us at the event

Amy M. started our team building activity with a cheer and our team ended it with a roar! The team was laughing and engaged within minutes, and Amy did an amazing job pacing team tasks at a tempo filled with laughter and joy. Exhuberent smiles, engaged teams, buzzing energy and shiny new bikes for children. Wonderful results for a wonderful cause! Thank you Amy!

Kelsey was a fantastic instructor! She made building these bikes exciting, and our employees were engaged from the moment we introduced her. The team building aspect, along with the puzzles, was the perfect addition to our Leadership Summit. This was a humbling experience, one that was so special as we presented the bikes that we built to local families. We will be using the Leaders Institute again!

The Leaders Institute came to our site for a build a bike event. They took care of the entire event including shipping details and getting us connected to a charity. Tobi was our onsite host and he had the group relaxed and laughing right away. It was a great event! I would do it again in a heartbeat!

This was an amazing experience! We all had a wonderful time. The team said it was perfect timing and really helpful in getting to know each other and feel a bit more connected. It was also an absolute pleasure working with Laura Lobo - she took care of everything and brought great energy. Would absolutely recommend this program to other groups.
