Toby was Amazing! We cannot say enough about the experience. Toby walked in 30 minutes prior to event with no tables, boxes, etc. He pulled it off and the attendees loved it! He is engaging, funny, etc. Thank you so much Toby! The ABEA Team

Chris, thanks for the great feedback. Yes, we like to think that no matter what the situation, our instructors can deliver a quality outcome.

Toby was great! He had a great personality and really engaged the team. I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. We had shipped issues with a couple of the bikes. In speaking with Toby, it does not sound like that is uncommon. Two of our bikes had missing nuts for the seat bolt and one had a badly bent frame. After multiple attempts to straighten it, one of the employees got a jack from their car and used that to bend the frame so we could fit the wheel. I think Toby should have a jack and a supply of bolts and any other items that routinely are missing or defective due to shipping.

Michele, thanks for letting us know. Based on your suggestion, we contacted the bike manufacturer and had them send us a bunch of replacement parts (just in case) and sent them out to ALL of our instructors worldwide. Glad you enjoyed Toby's delivery (no pun intended.)
