This is our second year having Amy Maybury host a Build-A-Bike program and it was a huge success just like the first program! Amy came back this year with a new program for the Build-A-Bike project that had us building like last year but the process of earning the bike parts was a completely new and kept everyone engaged and working together to complete their bikes. This year's activity focused on team communication and listening. The response from participants was 100% positive.

Our teambuilding exercise was Build-A-Bike and it was fantastic! I flew in from Oregon to Florida for an event. TLI made sure I had everything needed for a successful teambuilding experience. Our rep, Laura, was like sunshine in a conference room! Very outgoing and full of energy. Everyone was engaged and had a wonderful time!

Doug Staneart delivered a great Team Building program to our management team during our recent fall retreat. I highly recommend Doug and the Build-A-Bike program. Our team is still talking about how much fun they had during the program and how great it was to be involved with donating youth bikes back into our community. Thank you! Dianne Driver
