The experience that the management team had with The Leaders Institute was beyond their expectations!!! They will be utilizing them again in the near future for upcoming events.

We really had a great experience for our team building event. The MC was really engaging and made the experience enjoyable and memorable. Definitely recommend for any team big or small. We had over 100 persons involved for reference and it was an incredible event.

The "game" at the beginning of event, before we broke out into the team building and communication exercise was a hit with our group. We are designers so to have the ability to create your own flag was fun for everyone. It was an activity we didnt know we needed after years of being apart. The confusion of understanding how the team building/communication exercise worked was also a blast. Although there was clear frustration, everyone was very determined!

We did the Build-a-Bike program and it was such a great experience!! Our Program Leader, Scott Hubbard, was fantastic and our employees really had a fun time doing the team building exercises along with building bikes for local children in need. I can't wait to try the other programs The Leaders Institute offers!

The session was a great activity for our team. It was very engaging and got everyone up and moving, a huge benefit in the midst of all-day meetings. Our session leader was excellent at pulling out even our most reserved teammates, ensuring that everyone participated. The best part is that at the end of our time together, we knew that we were making a contribution to the kids in the area.

The class made you really think about working as a team to get a task completed and it was fun while learning.
