The Leaders Institute ® Team BuildingReviews of leadersinstitute.com

Damian and the team did a wonderful job taking care of our very large group. They made it fun and engaging which is exactly what we needed for this segment of the conference. Thank you for everything team. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great team building activity for your organization. Thanks.

Candace our facilitator is what made the event awesome! She is wonderful at what she does. We didn't have a lot of time or space for the set up and she just rolled with it and made it all happen. Then, 5 minutes later she was ready to go and she was ON - a true professional. Thank you, Candance!

Rebecca, our instructor, was fantastic! Her attention to detail and thorough communication in pre-production was greatly appreciated. She was upbeat, enthusiastic, and energetic while dealing with our rowdy crowd. They finished the bikes and greatly enjoyed their experience! Additionally, she identified a fabulous non-profit to receive the bikes. All around great experience! Highly recommend!

We recently used Build-a-Bike for our National Operations Meeting. From start to finish Amy (our representative) was exceptional. We ended up adding almost double our numbers very close to our event date and Amy was able to accommodate that and make sure that we received the extra bikes we needed in time. The icebreaker game she played with the group was really fun and not your average, say your name, where you're from, and an interesting thing about you, that everyone hates. After everyone was loosened up and having fun, we started the activity of building bikes. Amy was fantastic, upbeat, confident, and able to keep our group of 180 engaged. We would use this company again, and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Kelsey did a great job for our team with the morning build-a-bike project for our community service event. But it was so much more than that. It was great team-building experience that was fun, engaging, and competitive. Our team had a blast!

This is the second time that we have hired The Leaders Institute for a team-building event at our annual Sales Kick-Off. Once again we were sent Toby Martini, a man full of energy and wit. His skills really made this event incredible. This year we built "rescue bears" to donate to local law enforcement. Toby did a great job of educating us about emotional intelligence and DISc, as we engaged in fun activities. Several people have come up after the event to let me know how successful it was. Already looking forward to next year's event.

The Build a Bike event was fantastic. From our first planning call months ago through the end of the event itself, everything was done smoothly and efficiently. Laura is a wonderful leader and guide. I highly recommend this event as an addition to any company meeting - it's engaging and fulfilling!

Great cause and organized so we were able to utilize the self-moderated materials easily (and make any adaptions we felt were needed). Ice Breakers were fun and engaging and really got our teams pumped up for the Bike building activity. (We made it a challenge to see what team could complete their bike first.) Everyone had a great time, and we really improved our cross-functional relationships and communication, so not only did we win as an organization, we also felt great about giving back to the community!
