Terrible, Terrible, Terrible: Support Does Not Exist
Support is nonexistent. Literally nowhere to be found. Do not write them and ever expect a response. You can write them 10+ times, politely and over the course of a month and they won't respond. This company by far provides the worst customer service I have ever seen online.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke.
My account is inactive for over a week now because they have an issue with their payment system and their support is literally inexistant.
They promised to fix the issue few days ago and my account is still inactive, my affiliates cannot run marketing campaigns basically.
I thought it's just me that have issue with the company, but it looks like a lot of people are unhappy with this .
Will move from them ASAP.

Something is wrong here
Something is wrong here? I just signed up and today I got 10 sales, but, can't see the money in my merchant account. So, I contacted customer service two days ago, no response.
It gets worse... I contacted the buyers of my products and they said they never bought anything? What's up? Did they take my existing buyers and recharge their card? What's up?
As a rule. I don't deal with companies that don't have phone numbers and you can't reach via chat, phone or email. I would avoid this company.

The worst support experience in 5+ years of digital tools & products
The worst support experience in 5+ years of digital tools & products. I have now switched to Tapfiliates, who have answered my question in 5 minutes that has gone unanswered more than 2 weeks by LeadDyno.
I'm honestly surprised with how many good reviews are on here, after my experience with the support team. How can I trust a company with my tens of thousands of dollars of affiliate sales when it takes over 2 weeks to actually talk to someone (still haven't gotten in touch, so could be longer).
My feeling is, and after reading the reviews - if you're an easy customer, you'll have a decent experience. If you have trouble or questions about integrations or anything custom, or if they deem you "too much work" they simply won't answer you. My theory is they are severely understaffed and couldn't be bothered to take care of customers they deem "hard work". It's a shame because they have a nice product!
The chat support knows NOTHING about anything technical. Literally nothing. Not even basics about the features of the platform. I've tried calling their "support" phone number 7 times over the past 2 weeks and was not ONCE able to speak to someone. Every time it ended up in a voicemailbox. What's the point of having a phone that you never answer?
I've tweeted at them, emailed them, opened tickets, scheduled calls. I was stood up for 2 calls I scheduled and not notified or even apologized to. My questions aren't even that complex - I just feel like they couldn't be bothered.
I saw the response that the CEO gave to another customer in one of these review sites and he mentioned something about "problem customers" and I was appalled. All customers are customers. You can't just pick and choose who to attend to based on how "easy" they are. That's a ridiculous excuse for poor service.
If you offer a functionality or integration you should be able to explain how it works and troubleshoot the issues. And you should definitely answer your phone!!
For me, support makes or breaks a company. Here's a story: I had an issue with my billing company Chargebee in the migration of my data from Woocommerce & Stripe. Originally they said it could migrate without any problem. Then we found out that they didn't support the src_ format of the card tokens only the card_ format, essentially meaning that we would have to have all customers re-enter their payment details which would have been catastrophic. You know what they did? THEY REWROTE THE CODE TO ACCOMMODATE FOR THAT FORMAT. Yep. In 4 days. THAT my friends is customer support. I was a "problem customer" that they could have ignored. But instead, they were nothing but helpful and went to extreme measures to solve my problem and have now won me over for life, and I have become their #1 evangelist.
I can't trust a company that won't even pick up its phone. And you shouldn't either! These are thousands of dollars we're talking about, and you should take them somewhere that the company actually values you.

if it running its fine
if it running its fine, the minute there is a problem they ignore you. This bad customer support may even cause our agents side of the business to fold not good at all

Paying for software that doesn't work
Customer service is crap. I've been dealing with the same issue for months and that issue is, their software isn't working. I've showed them evidence of it not tracking correctly, yet they don't really seem to care.
Update: After two months of nagging and being a real pain in the a$$ for them, I finally get them to realize that their software doesn't work for my website......
Response to LeadDyno response: They only figured this out when I literally became a pain in the a$$. For the first two months, I was being extremely patient, even when they told me they 'solved' the problem, I knew they hadn't, I just didn't know what the issue was. If your software is not compatible with my website, tell me before I waste countless hours of my time and your team's time.

As we outlined, we believe there are some issues on your end that - if you address them as we described - will solve your problem.
Regardless, we wish you the best.
