Lead Distro AIReviews of leaddistro.ai

We run a pay per lead agency and Lead Distro AI replaced our sheets and GoHighLevel setup. It makes running our agency so much easier and the P&L helps us track our KPIs. Setup was fast and support is always helpful. They even have an MCP and AI that helps save so much time onboarding new clients. Wish we would've switched sooner!

El Software #1 All-In-One Para Agencias PPL Que Quieran Cnetralizar Todo Su Negocio Sin Depender De GHL, Google Sheets y +5 Herramientas Desconectadas.

I've been using LeadDistro.ai as the lead distribution engine behind my DRAKMA lead generation business, and honestly, it's become one of those tools I couldn't imagine operating without. What impressed me initially was the functionality itself, but over time what I've appreciated the most is the clarity and structure it brings to the entire business. It's not just useful for my own operations — it's incredibly valuable for my clients as well. Being able to distribute leads instantly, transparently, and accurately creates a much better experience for everyone involved. On top of that, having complete visibility over costs, delivery, allocation, performance, and administration has removed an enormous amount of manual work and uncertainty from the business. LeadDistro.ai has simplified processes that used to require multiple tools, spreadsheets, and countless hours of management. The result isn't just efficiency — it's peace of mind. If your business relies on lead generation, lead distribution, or managing multiple clients and campaigns, the value of having this level of control and transparency is difficult to overstate. Extremely impressed with what the team has built and excited to keep scaling with it.

Thanks to the whole Lead Distro team with your support with our company. The CEO Rafael is a class act and has developed truly an easy to use lead distribution software.

My experience with Lead Distro AI has been positive. It combines affordability with ease of use in a practical way. The platform has improved my lead management workflow, and the ongoing development shows the team is committed to making it better. I'm satisfied with my choice. Pros I really liked the ease of use of the software and the excellent value for money it offers. Lead Distro AI delivers most of what premium competitors offer at a fraction of the cost, while continuously improving the platform. The automation features are particularly useful. I now get a Slack alert every time a lead is submitted, which keeps me informed without any extra effort. The lead management system is straightforward and intuitive, and the dashboard gives you a clear overview of your business. What really stands out is the P&L dashboard that lets you see your profitability at a glance. Since it's directly connected to Facebook, you can accurately track your actual cost per accepted lead, which gives you a complete picture of how your business is performing. It's a solid solution that works well. Cons I don't have much to criticize. Some features like SMS delivery tracking and lead weighting could be added, but the team is actively working on improvements. Overall, it's a good tool that I'd recommend.

Used a bunch of lead distribution platforms before and most of them feel built for SaaS, not pay-per-lead. Lead Distro AI is different, you can tell it was built by people who've actually run an agency. The AI lead scoring is solid, but the white-label portals and automated reporting are what really sold me. Our agency looks way more polished now, and I'm not wasting Mondays pulling numbers by hand. Creative attribution is a game changer too if you run paid traffic. You see exactly which leads are actually making you money, not just the ones that look good on paper. Easy to use, no bloated setup. Excited for the Pay-Per-Call launch.

I'm one of the co-founders of Lead Distro AI. I built this with my partner Ralph. We're both UC Berkeley grads (the #1 public university in the U.S.), and Ralph is a former Microsoft engineer. Together, we ran our own pay-per-lead agency, so we know firsthand what it's like to operate in this space. That's exactly why we built this, because nothing out there was actually built for PPL the right way. I am so proud of what we've created and genuinely believe there is nothing on the market as intuitive or as deeply AI-powered as Lead Distro AI. The AI-powered lead scoring alone is a game changer, but honestly it's the whole package that sets Lead Distro AI apart. You get white-label client portals so your agency looks polished and professional to every buyer, automated reporting so nothing falls through the cracks, and creative attribution that shows you exactly which leads are actually making you money. If you're running multiple suppliers, you can see side by side who's converting and who's not. Your margins are clear, your data is clean, and you're finally making decisions based on real numbers instead of gut feelings. And the best part? It's incredibly easy to use. No confusing setup, no technical headaches. You log in, it makes sense, and it works. With Pay-Per-Call distribution coming very soon and every new feature built AI-first, we are honestly just getting started.
