LBRY is a blockchain based video and file sharing platform which has worked really well for me. The desktop app gives me loads of control and I love how you can share more than just videos but pretty much anything. It also doesn't censor you like YouTube. Overall a really neat experience

LBRY, from the time I started using it, has proven to be a viable alternative to Youtube. However, if they are to keep that title, they have to take steps in breaking off from the DMCA and offer their users complete and total creative freedom. Otherwise, they'll follow the same fate as Youtube.

Finally a video sharing platform that respects my privacy! This website doesn’t steal my personal data & is NOT bias against Conservatives or Republicans
