Canadian orders and returns at the time went through LazyOne Canada, a separate sister company that shared our designs and has since closed. Hi Andrea, we're sorry nobody got back to you. That's not the experience we want anyone to have. Back then LazyOne Canada was a sister company with its own customer service; apart from sharing designs, it had no direct ties to us in the US, and it's no longer operating. We're sorry the sizing didn't work out and that the no-return policy wasn't made clear at checkout. The Canadian stores were operated by LazyOne Canada, a sister company that carried our designs but set its own policies; it has since gone out of business. Are you sure it was from our site? Is there anything we can do to help? We have extremely strict guidelines for credit card usage on our website. We never keep credit cards on file so I am not sure how that happened. Let us know what we can do to help!
