lazrusgolf.comReviews of lazrusgolf.com

I honestly cannot understand any of the criticism this company gets here. I recently ordered the Lazrus Zero Torque Putter, and the craftsmanship is exceptional—it is beautifully built and performs amazingly well on the green. Beyond the equipment, their customer support is on another level. My original order seemed to get lost in transit with DHL, showing zero scan updates for 10 days. When I reached out, the Lazrus team responded immediately and sent a replacement right away without hesitation. In a surprising twist, the original package eventually showed up. When I contacted them to return the duplicate, they told me to keep both and donate the second to a fellow golfer in need! That is the definition of true customer focus. This is a fantastic, family-run business that absolutely deserves our support. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Their 2 day shipping is a scam. While you pay extra for expedited shipping, they claim they are at the mercy of USPS.

Never sent my putter well past shipping date.

Could not be any happier with my putter purchase. Beautiful craftsmanship and lovely to use.

Bought a putter which I never received and they insist was delivered to me. They will not return phone calls, texts or emails. They have had my money for a month and a half.I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the consumer protection bureau as well as my credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

Ordered a putter on Feb 6 and received a shipping notification on Feb 9 for a Feb 13 delivery. The UPS tracking number was provided as well. Today they sent an email stating that it wouldn't be shipped until approximately Feb 28. No explanation other than "a production delay." Wait, how can there be a delay on something that has already been shipped? The only way is if they weren't honest upfront.

I received my hybrid clubs on 30/07 a week after the varnish of several clubs is peeling (on the upper side, the one that is not in contact with the ground). I contact Lazrus Golf who replies to me that the enamel has gone due to a shock, so the varnish does not go off as long as we don’t use the clubs!!! not even a commercial gesture.

Perfekt 👍 Hurtig levering uden besvær
