Worst customer service ever! Rude staff whoever I was texting with on ebay? They should reveiw their staff! and get rid of some of them!

Waited with zero communication for 2 weeks before item shipped and still couldnt get tracking number or any info at all. They don't answer phones or return messages. Required to create an online account to see tracking. Worst possible store to order parts from. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.

This is the worst company I had ever dealt with. No tracking number, only able to leave voicemail (never answer your call) and on their website it shows "waiting fulfillment" on orders placed over 5 days ago.

Ordered a Kawasaki throttle cable. It has been 2 weeks since I ordered. I couldn't wait that long so I emailed and called a total of 3 times to cancel my order. No response.

I ordered a part and was able to repair it before the part arrived. I returned but with a 20% restocking fee!!! that is crazy plus i have to pay for shipping. There search engine sucks as well as i tried to search a part number from my 2012 48" fastrak, no luck!! I was able to find it by going through 15 pages of pictures. Their prices are crazy as well. I will delete my account once i receive my refund which will be 1/3 of the cost to purchase plus shipping. No military discount as well pretty poor since this "seems" to be an American Company

Only one star because I can't do zero stars, ordered a carb, took forever to get tried contacting them with no response back. Carb finally came in put it on, tractor ran like sh@*, very cheap made carb. Better luck rolling the dice on Amazon, this place is a joke

After placing an order I attempted to contact this company via contact form and phone to cancel. No response at all until receiving shipping notification via auto generated email. Given the competitive landscape of online sellers, it's hard to understand the complete lack of customer service.
