Full Return, but Only Partial Refund
I ordered Aloha clothing before a trip to Hawaii. I followed their size charts. It took a long time to receive my order, the clothing was too small (size chart obviously inaccurate). Return was a pain. They won’t provide any address except a PO box. I had to pay $19 to ship it back. They claim it took 2.5 weeks to receive it. Now, I only get a partial refund. I paid $132 plus shipping, I am refunded $116. So, $16 is apparently a restocking fee which was NOT disclosed when I asked about a refund, AND out the $19 it cost me to ship the clothes back. What a rip off!! Do not order from them!!
