Launch X431 Pad.VII version. Top of the range. Yet at times so difficult to log into. Nearly always needs a Wi-Fi connection to make it work. Dismally excessive & extra subscription charges added to carry out tests on a number of components Plus E.V's ? Why ? Not really up to the job - Look elsewhere is my recommendation.

Overpriced subscription. Average product.
I paid a about aud$1200 inc two years software updates. The scanner is average and ofter lacks the ability to determine underlying issues. Launch just quoted me $750 for an annual subscription as a home user. Greedy company, average product. Im going to try Mucar V07s which has better functionality, lifetime updates and only costs $450.

I have purchased the x431 from them…
I have purchased the x431 from them with 30 days money back guarantee. I am trying to return but customer service is using tactics of delaying it. It is couple of weeks and still no progress. Seems like scammers. Terrible experience.

Device come with battery malfunction, 1 week waiting for the rma, money stuck with device malfunction! Customer service are terrible as well. Do not recommend

Zero if I can … scam bought it and…
Zero if I can … scam bought it and found reviews asked for cancellation within the hour.. which they say you are entitled to do. 8 hours later they posted it… well provided a postage receipt… I have tried ringing and emailing.. I reported it to the fraud team in bank of Ireland… shower of won’t let me write it

Do not use them
I placed and order and the only confirmation I received was from PayPal. Over the next couple of weeks, I emailed them multiple times to get an update. They responded twice asking for the same info, I sent them the info both times and didn’t hear anything else. I ended up going through PayPal to get my money back.

Ordered from them nearly 1 weeks ago, no tracking, no response to emails. I’ve spent nearly £1000 and had terrible service. I’m giving them 24 hours before getting action fraud involved.
