My parcel has been with YunExpress in China since 13 March and not moved. I've emailed every day for the last 4 days with no answer. Scam!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT buy from here they sent me a complete different product that did not even look like the one on their website and you can tell they were trying so hard to make it look like the one in the website. I still have it the benefit of the doubt and started taking the product and it gave me the worst stomach aches!!

Stay away. Extremely slow shipping, so far 24 days in transit and it has not arrived my country yet even and this was so called VIP shipping. According to them VIP shipping means that they will handle it faster, not faster shipping. So not sure why one would pay extra for that. The website claims 10-15 days. They do not accept a refund request so at this point just hoping it will arrive at some point as described (which I highly doubt at this point).

Don't trust this sight, it's devently not to be trusted, I ordered something from this site 3 weeks a go and already paid, they just keep sending e.mails, that it's in transit, or it's with customs, or its in your country, what they don't realise that where I'm from, if my parcel was in my country, it's 5 mins from my address. Well I hope no one else falls for this, like I did, stupid me, Just don't do it ok.

They added over $12 in taxes AFTER I paid the total amount. Company "claimed" there was a "glitch" in the system and refunded the taxes. Also, don't waste the extra $ on VIP shipping as it is no longer than regular shipping from Ireland. Unfortunately, did not see this before ordering: "The Scam Detector website Validator gives launchann.com a pretty low trust score on the platform: 16.2 out of 100. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Controversial. High-Risk. Unsafe." Update: After several weeks, received wrong item. Paid $40 and received a $5 item.

I ordered the flying/hovering witch, I only received the witch, not the stand/frame or the broom. They took my money and are only offering me up to $7US for the inconvenience, really pissed off as they took almost $90 of my money. they are blaming me for not opening/checking the package properly, I would imagine the product wouldve been bigger than a standard packing bag..
