We purchased a Latham fiberglass pool through Roof To Stay LLC / Eddie Sanchez, one of Latham Pools' authorized dealers/installers, because we trusted the Latham name and reputation. Unfortunately, after Roof To Stay LLC / Eddie Sanchez failed to complete our pool installation, we reached out to Latham Pools multiple times seeking assistance. We were hoping they would help facilitate communication with their authorized contractor or provide guidance on how to get our project completed. We were disappointed that our concerns were not addressed and that we did not receive the level of communication or support we expected. After investing more than $57,000 in our pool project, we expected better customer support from a company with Latham's reputation. While the pool itself may be a quality product, our overall experience has been overshadowed by the lack of support after problems arose with the authorized contractor. We believe manufacturers should stand behind the contractors they authorize and make a reasonable effort to assist customers when serious issues occur. I hope Latham Pools will improve its customer service and responsiveness when homeowners experience problems with authorized dealers or installers. Our experience with Roof To Stay LLC / Eddie Sanchez and the lack of meaningful assistance from Latham has been extremely disappointing.

Liner faded within 3 years. Manufacturer says it's not covered under warranty. The fading happened above the water line. Very poor customer service and product quality.

My pool came with a Life Time Limited Warranty from CPC/Latham Pools. This specifically excluded the finish, plumbing, tile and accessories but did include that the shell would hold water as long as I owned the pool. After 21 years my pool developed a crack in the bottom corner and began losing water at 1/2" per day. I filed a warranty claim and answered all of their questions and provided a copy of the original bill of sale and warranty statement. Without them having a representative investigate the issue they simply denied the warranty be email. I asked for a warranty description by line item and the reason my claim did not qualify on each item. Without acknowledgement, Latham Pools replied that all decisions are final and they would not support the warranty.
