Good service

The latepoint booking plugin works well. It is fairly easy to install and configure and the support has been good. I would recommend this product for people looking for a good off the shelf booking system. I have had a couple of queries with the support team and although not everything has been resolved or could be done, the ones which could were and their response was positive to hopefully have a few ideas come to life to better an already good product. Although I find myself missing the conversational setup flow in the backend, and the visual aspect could use a bit more polish (those tiny input fields in the backend are a real test of patience 😅), the overall experience with LatePoint is unmatched 🥇. In the end, LatePoint proved to be the best fit for the site I'm working on, perfectly aligning with both my needs and expectations 👍.
