Amazing system, great support and very quick response. I would definitely recommend, really beautiful platform, easy to use and easy to teach our employees how to use it. The only thing I would love them to have is the option to block the time from their calendar (without the need to use the holidays or special hours option) so I wouldn't have to create a booking to block the time off.

I bought a license and then I had a problem with one of the add-ons and the support was amazing. Not only did they solve the problem, but also as a gesture of goodwill gave me a parcial refund. Herman was really supportive and answered all my emails with a lot of detail.

I have used booking plugins before but this is the first time I have used LatePoint and it is far superior to the ones I have on other clients sites. I chose it because the demo looked good and they offered a lifetime payment option which I paid. I have not been disappointed. The plugin was a breeze to set up and looks fantastic straight 'out of the box' so very little... actually no personalization needed. I did have one support question while setting up the confirmation emails and LatePoint were really quick and helpful getting back to me. We I showed the booking system to my client he was really impressed at how intuitive it was. He also liked the way it slotted very neatly into the website. It's a very simple and neat plugin which I would highly recommend.
