The customer support is really helpful. The platform does take a while to get used to, but after that, it's easy to navigate. I do wish they would have more guides online, it would help.

A really well-made, complete, affordable and fairly easy to understand appointment program. But the real strong point is the assistance, always present, quick in responding, punctual and very clear in providing instructions to solve your problem. I have already renewed the license this year as I am a satisfied customer!

I tested a LOT of booking plugins, because the special and complex needs of some of my clients requires a very smart booking solution. Most of the solutions in the market has limitations, or need very complex PHP and JS coding to achieve an acceptable result. After excessive research, finally I feel with LatePoint I can accomplish my goals, and make my clients happy. The UI is clean, and there is a LOT of customization options. The support team is responsive, fast, and friendly, and solved all of my issues, answered all of my questions. Higly recommended product and teram behind the product.
