I ordered 200 euros of goods from this online company 5 months ago… I am still waiting for my order to arrive? I’m not sure if this is a scam? I would like to know if other people have had similar experience?

I ordered many dresses from Neiman Marcus and although I only kept one, I was given excellent customer service.

Here I go again... I really like to buy in this store, but be aware that if you return a item, you may receive a gift card refund instead of the credit back in your credit card. The explanation provided by the Company is because the product was shipped to a different name than mine, so they provided a gift card to that person instead of refunding me. They should to tell us this. I am glad that I balance my credit card statement every month to catch this. I texted them, and they immediately will fix this to me though, but be aware.

I have ordered a cute dress from Last Call. To my disappointment it did not fit. It was SO cute! The company was so good about returning it. Will use this company again!
