Cheap product with bad customer service.
I purchased a platinum wedding ring with an abalone shell inlay manufactured by Lashbrook Designs. It was sold to me as a high-quality, well-crafted product, but in less than two years the inlay has fallen out. Trying to get customer service directly from the company has been completely useless. Instead of helping me directly, I’m being told I have to go back to the local jewelry store where I originally purchased the ring and start the process there—even though I no longer live in that country and now reside in Italy. Lashbrook Designs has been cumbersome and frustrating to deal with. They do not stand behind their products in any meaningful way, and their customer service process is unnecessarily difficult. I would not recommend wasting your time with this company. Look elsewhere for a better product.
