The process of ordering it was good. I do feel like it took forever to get. I believe I ordered this almost a month ago and I just received it yesterday. Other than shipping the entire process was easy and the material is pretty nice.

Shirts look and feel great, but communication with the company is not smooth. The emails that give access to track my delivery is hard to read and not enough info. The shirts alone make the rating I gave, I would just like to have easier communication. Also, in an email that I received to give feed back, I found misspellings of words, which gives an unprofessional look to the business.

Everything was done well except the women's shirts run small. I would like to get a refund on the women's shirt if at all possible. The others fit as expected.

The order took a lot longer than expected nearly 3+ weeks. Seemed like the tracking update occurred on a five to seven day interval.
