Customer service is old school the way it should be! Many companies have great products, but, their service sucks. Not here. Service & products are top shelf. I have Lasfit LED's in all exterior lights on 3 cars, 1 truck, & my Harley. (interior LED's too bright for me, or I'd probably have them too.) Had a problem with my truck & Lasfit helped until we got it done right.

Thank you lasfit for making a quality product with amazing customer support. You go above and beyond fixing issues or replacing for wrongfully ordered items. Ive had nothing but positive results with you. As for the lights they look great and much brighter than the factory halogens.

Love their products but what sets them apart is their customer service. Had an issue with the reverse bulbs falling out constantly. After the year passed I decided to contact them and they made it right. Sent me a replacement set and followed up with me to make sure everything was good. I’ll always buy LasFit!

great customer service. the bulbs are great, but i had a taillight burn out just outside of the 1yr warranty period. they replaced the bulbs no questions asked. new bulb is working perfectly. definitely great value, super bright and no hyper flash!

Seems to be very good LEDs for the price. Defiantly way better than OEM for Honda Civic. Very prompt customer service, one bulb did not work and they stood behind their product shipping me out a replacement bulb next day. Very happy with LEDs.

I was very pleased with the customer service from this company. I had some light bulbs that I never opened, and they still were willing to refund long after the return policy. They were responsive via email, and they were thorough about the whole process.

Ordered replacement tail lights for a 2002 Buick Rendezvous that I believed that the 1157 bulbs had a built in resistor. Well I didn't read the fine print and the bulbs I had ordered did not have the built in resistor so had hyper flash. I notified Lasfit about my problem and they issued a refund immediately and told me just to keep the bulbs. Well I wired a resistor between the ground and signal wire and they worked perfectly. Contacted Lasfit that I didn't need the refund but they said they were happy I got the bulbs to work but they still were issuing the refund. What company now days does that?? Great people to deal with and even though I have all my vehicles fitted to Lasfit lighting will continue to be a customer!!! Thank you , Jim Piltz
