When I opened the package
When I opened the package, whitening gel was all over the syringe. Had no instructions. Should gel be refrigerated?

Please contact us directly before leaving a negative review with a question that could of been easily resolved via email / phone call. But yes, this gel should always be refrigerated. Anything over 16% hp should always be refrigerated. This should have been taught during your training course. Please contact us directly if you have any questions on how to use this before administering this on an actual patient. Serious damage can occur if not used correctly. We could have easily replaced the syringe for you if you had contacted us directly with your issue. Sometimes products can get damaged during shipping!

I ordered about a week and a half ago and have yet to get a tracking number. I paid for expediting for what?

I have not received the product yet and it was ordered over a month ago. I'm already getting emails asking if I need a refill.

Upon tracking your order, the USPS has not attached any tracking history to your tracking #. However, we have sent out a replacement kit for you today, upgraded your shipping to priority mail and refunded you the shipping fees you have previously paid.
