You can't even place an order through their website. It allows you to ship, fill up your cart, and input your payment information, then ...... nothing. Way to do business, morons.

Do not order online. Their customer service stinks. I placed an order on June 25, seven days later is still shows to be "pending". I called today and they said the computer didn't put my order in the system. No offer to push it through quickly, insure it gets processed or anything other than "oops". I cancelled the order and will not order from them again.

I cannot get anyone to answer the Customer Service Phone. I've called three times and waited approx 10 minutes each time with no one answering the phone. I have also sent in 2 each email request to check on my order to see when it will ship with no one is getting back to me there either. Very poor service.

They overload your mailbox with sales that they try to weasel out of later. Months ago I had ordered a pair of shorts that I really likes. When they showed up on sale again i ordered another pair, 3 weeks later and no shorts. I sent a email to CS and asked if these were BO. 3 days later I get a response "No, in stock, sending, updated your delivery" A week later I checked my account and they haven't sent yet. Notice my order is now changed to a cheaper pair, nothing like the ones I wanted, order date was that day instead of in the past. and due to ship later. 4 more day they arrive, no happy, but not going to send them back. Through dealing with them, and will never recommend they to anyone ever

THIS COMPANY HAS POOR QUALITY SERVICES, PHONE SERVICES IS HORRIBLE, EMAIL RETURN IS HORRIBLE, LACK OF SERVICES COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE, THEIR PHONE MESSAGE HASN'T CHANGE AND STILL THE SAME, THEY CAN'T OPERATE FULL SERVICES BECAUSE THEY CAN'T HANDLE VOLUME OF CALL. OVER ALL RATE 0 FOR POOR, POOR AND REALLY POOR SERVICES.
