Ordered a pair of shoes that took longer than expected to arrive then returned them without wearing them and was charged original shipping and shipping back

Horrible customer service. Ordered boots for hunting trip. Took 7 days to process order. Boots will not be delivered before hunt. This company sucks and is a huge disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pay the extra couple dollars and go with reliable company. LA Police Gear is a bunch criminals.

Prices are decent but expect poor delivery service with their "free" economy shipping. Cant believe it takes 12 days for FedEx delivery from California to Nevada. They must pay FedEx to stall delivery. Ridiculous!

Absolutely suck! The worst online retailer ever.. Charged my account twice (same amount) and would not respond to my emails to please correct. Then...After charging me the full amount twice, they back ordered the product. Nothing mentioned online about back order and why would you charge me for something you can not ship. Avoid these scumbag scam artists at all costs. Pure garbage

I ordered a pair of boots from LAPolice gear & they sent me a pair THAT WERE 2 DIFFERENT SIZES. They did not have another pair in my size so I ordered a cheaper pair & their customer service rep (Sylvia) told me they would refund the difference. Then, after many emails back & forth, she said that the accounting dept had now decided I would have to take store credit. In the end I had to get paypal to get my money back (thanks paypal). This company were a nightmare to deal with (unanswered emails, broken promises & different sized boots). You've been warned!

LA Police Gear decided they SHALL REFUSE to honor their own price match guarantee, whenever they feel like it. When the competitor has allegedly paid less for the product than LA PGear, LAPG SHALL refuse to match the price?!?! Of course, they refused to say what they paid for the items, as it all just lies for profits and PR. What else do they lie about?

Takes forever to ship and non-refundable shipping is total B.S - I wont' order directly from them ever again. Update - they offered free shipping and it's been delivered for days now and still awaiting refund. Never order directly from them unless you know your size and know you will not return it!

Used to be fine. But now I can't get past the order review screen online. If I email them about it, i'm told to contact customer service by IM or phone. IM people tell me they can't resolve order issues. If I call by phone, I'm placed on indefinite hold.
