I ordered two pairs of cargo pants almost 2 weeks ago. The order still hasn’t shipped, I haven’t received any status updates, and customer service isn’t responding to my emails. Not impressed, told them to cancel my order. I won’t be ordering gear from them again.

Customer service is bad. I ordered from Amazon. Was sent a defective pair and was approved to be sent a replacement. 2 weeks later, no pants and the exchange was canceled without notice. Customer service is unprofessional to not answer emails to address the issue.

Okay. Apart from their products being acceptable and reasonably priced, I have a major complaint. The website is very sneaky and underhanded. I noticed that the prices on everything are inconsistent minute by minute, hour by hour and day by day. It seems that the first time you look at a product you will get one price, based on no cookie when you viewed. Comeback minutes later and the price now has gone up because you now have a tracking cookie and they know that you are now considering the product for the second time. Most likely, if you are looking a second time, then you will be purchasing. So they quietly up the price $2 bucks thinking who will notice. WELL I NOTICED. And I verified this. How did I verify this you ask? Simple, I used two different ip address when viewing the product. One was my desktop browser, with the second visit and higher price. The other was my cell phone with a different ip address and a never viewed product before. Both had different prices at the exact same moment. The difference was only $2. Not a big deal unless you are talking about a million orders every month. This is very sneaky and says a lot about the company. Yeh-yeh, I know what you are going to say...FREE ENTERPRISE. And you would be correct. But innocent customers who are expecting a certain degree of honesty are being victimized. And who likes to be victimized? Mostly no one of course. I will continue doing business with them, but you should all know that this company might be tricking you out of your money.

hi my name is James Smith, i ordered 2 gift cards off lapg this week, both cards were never sent for 2 days, just had a message saying manual verification required, so i contacted them with no response, i then looked and seen both gift cards were cancelled for no reason at all.... they finally reached back out and said the card was unable to be charged, but when i checked my account statement it showed both the charges were made to my card..... and now 4 days later the charges stilllll have not been refunded, as well as lapg has not returned my messages or answered a single call. nothing but scammers, this is exactly why people dont trust pigs. The BBB have been notified!

one star is to high! I ORDERED BOOTS FORM THIS COMPANTY ,and they never showed. la police gear never responded to any of my emails or calls . 1 time they picked up and Audrey in customer service when i asked for my money back she hung up the phone , I paid $30.00 for 2 day deliver and the package never showed up. this company could ne a scam I wish for the owner to call me asap order number 1525684 my credit card company has been notified about this and is doing a investigation

Almost a year ago ordered a pair of Rocky boots - 210 dollars - naturally out of stock - after dealing with this company for almost a year - still no boots and my husband was charged for the boots.!!! NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME its to LATE FOR A REFUND... still NO ISSUES RESOLVED. VERY FRUSTRATING. WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS MY HUSBAND SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN BILLED UNTIL BOOTS WERE SHIPPED.

Ordered 2 Surefire lights and never received them or got a refund! Still stuck without $800+ dollars! Horrible customer service! Stressing about Christmas now because can’t get any help!!! Highly don’t recommend ordering from them! LA police gear is a huge let down!!!

I do not know which order i am reviewing but the last three experienced with lapg were terrible. No stock or back ordered. Slow shipping. Poor fitting or uncomfortable shoes. Slow customer service
