No tracking. No order updates. Had to contact CS to get more info and it was an after-the-fact update. Don’t recall these issues with previous orders. Not sure I’ll use them again although I have recommended the site to others due to the durability of the products and deals on clearance items.

Product was great but it took almost a month to even be shipped.

Product appears to be as marketed and expected. I’m not crazy about the new package tracking system.

My order was delayed 2 weeks and support by mail doesn't solve. Only support by phone solved. But this kind of support is too short in time only for some hours at day.

I have been trying to order 1 pair of BFE men's pants in Navy since August 12. Have you discontinued these pants and if not, please explain why you are not able to stock these pants size 28w and 30L in that color and when they will be available. Thank You

The return process has been a bit of a pain. The shirt was incredibly thin and cheap feeling, as well as the cut being atrocious. Fair enough. Won’t buy it again, but that’s why returns exist. When I accidentally clicked the QR code, I tried to back out and print the label, but it’s locked into that and now I’m stuck. Not terrible, just a pain and the cost will discourage me from trying or taking chances in products I’m not sure about.

I took longer than expected to receive my shipment.

As far as receiving my product it was done without a problem. The issue I have is that the inner duty belt that I bought was not even close to what I expected. That belt tears my belt loops for my duty pants. It’s very thin and not at all what is pictured on the site. Overall the checkout process and delivery process was not the problem it was the product it self.
